My body may be changing but what’s changing the

My body may be changing but what’s changing the most is my mind and the belief in myself to step up and do what I need to do to not feel like shit! It’s uncomfortable and scary and every day negative thoughts try to creep in and stop me. But now these workouts every day are a habit. I don’t even think about needing to be motivated. It’s discipline!! My body goes through the motions every day the same time to putting on my gym clothes, booking the class, driving to the studio and getting uncomfortable. The people who are stronger than me have better form than me don’t scare me, they now INSPIRE ME and now it’s my job to make the next girl who is scared and uncomfortable to feel like she can do it too!

No regrets!! Only stronger! Better! More disciplined! I listen to every word the coaches say. I pay attention to every instruction like it’s the gospel knowing that every day that I do I get stronger and better for MYSELF for once in my life.

I don’t know what’s out there in other states comparable to @justliftstudios_coralsprings and @nicolekavfitness @dayle_brittany and the rest of the bad ass coaches. Many of you ask me ……. but find something that gives you your hour to feel stronger and better. Love your body and take control of having NO REGRETS!! And if you are local…….GET IN THERE & try it!! I’m here to cheer you on! 🥰

This Dip is so satisfying!! Protium packed and full of good stuff!
A must make recipe for those wanting a
healthier veggie dip.

1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE
2 to 3TBS HEMP HEARTS
more for topping
1 TBS EVOO more for topping
2TBS GRATED RED ONION
1 TO 2 TBS NUTRITIONAL YEAST
HALF A LEMON SQUEEZE, or to taste
1 TBS DRY PARSLEY
CAYENNETO TASTE
2 cloves of garlic
S&P to taste
blend all ingredients in a good processor until creamy
TO WORK MORE EVOO AND HEMP HEARTS
Serve with fresh veggies and Siette grain free chips!!! DELICIOUS!!

2023: Lost 53lbs
Most symptoms have subsided
Still 10000 steps a day
Specific diet and every thing in moderation
4-5 days of weight training
Blood sugar normal
Labs and vitamins all in the green
Only have one medication left to Ween off

What an amazing weekend away @thebenwestpalm for R

What an amazing weekend away @thebenwestpalm for Rob’s birthday! We expected to just chill alone and was so excited when so many decided to drive up almost an hour either for the day or dinner to celebrate him!!! It’s these reels that warm my heart when you put the moments together and can really keep every minute close to you!

If you get to Palm Beach stay at the Ben down town, visit @rhw_westpalmbeach to look around and food on the Rooftop, rent a cabana, visit Rosemary square and palm beach island! The perfect get away and the perfect weather with some of our favs!!

To my best friend! My sister! My ride or die! To the person that has stood by my side for every single event, moment, tear and smile since I left for college!

High school was confusing and weird when it came to the definition of friendship and God decided I needed a clear definition when he kept that dorm room door open so that you and I could meet. Living in towns only 20 minutes apart and never knowing it, he truly created a way for us to come together! We laugh hysterically at the same stufff. We finish each others thoughts and sentences. Same morals and ideas and realizations when the world seems crazy! And when i feel unclear about anything…….it’s you who makes things normal and ok!

Today is the 30th time we’ve celebrated birthdays! From upside down cake to parties to the funniest of cards, I truly treasure them all! You are the sister I never had and the person I can’t imagine life without! You are an amazing mother, wife, best friend, daughter and sister anyone could ask for and I’m beyond grateful for every moment and memory we’ve created! Happy happy birthday Shannon! I love you more than I can write here or give you in any gift! Thank you for being the person you are and here is to many more memories and 40 more birthdays together!! 😘😘😘😘😘😘
